Booking Your Appointment
All appointments must be booked online. A deposit is required to confirm your spot and will be applied to your final total. You’ll receive a confirmation once your booking is completed.

Running Late?
Please arrive on time to ensure we can complete your service.
If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
Running behind? Let us know ASAP!

Cancellations & Reschedules
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in loss of deposit.
We understand emergencies happen—just please communicate in advance.

Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Zelle, and Cash App
Tips are always appreciated!

Guest Policy
To maintain a calm environment, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they have an appointment too.

Nail Guarantee
If your nails chip or break within 3 days, we’ll fix it for free.
After 3 days, repair fees will apply.

Photos & Content Use
We may take photos or videos for social media.
Let us know if you’d prefer not to be featured.
